Mathildan Marina's guest harbour is located in lively and historical ironworks village Mathildedal. The surrounding nature, sea and lakes offer an active holiday for nature lovers and fitness enthusiasts. Here you can relax, enjoy the soothing nature and find inner peace.

The guest harbour is open daily during the long summer season from the beginning of May to the end of September. Our restaurant, hotel, conference and sauna facilities are also available for groups by appointment all year round. We help you to organize meetings, trainings, social catherings and to celebrate in style. We co-operate with other local companies in order to make your stay successful and memorable.

RESTAURANT
The joy of life, warm traditions and cosy atmosphere are all mixed together at our modern Scandinavian style restaurant. Our master terrace offers an appealing view of the peaceful village life by the sea and provides a cozy meeting place from breakfast till late night.
Mathildan Marina's kitchen uses sustainable local ingredients and the restaurant even serves beer from the village's own brewery. We have always wanted to support regional entrepreneurs.
We pay attention to special diets, please ask the staff.

MARINA HARBOUR AND SHOP
Welcome to the eco-friendly Roope-harbour!
Keep the Archipelago Tidy Association's enviromental program guides us towards sustainable, responsible and enviromentally friendly activities. Favoring local producers, using renewable hydropower and efficient waste recycling are part of our eco-tourism program.
Mathildan Marina harbor offers accommodation for 40 visiting boats and 10 camper van sites with electricity. The fee includes the right to use shower and toilet.
Harbour has a fuel pump (98E and diesel) and a septic tank.
For those of you wanting to keep more active, Marina has a beach volley and an outdoor gym.
You will find some refreshments, household supplies and local products at our little shop.

Get your fishing permits in order, launch your boat, settle onto your fishing stool, or hop on board with a fishing guide and wait eagerly for the bites!
Mathildan Marina's harbor hotel offers accommodation, food, and relaxation for fishing groups. The boat ramp at the guest marina can accommodate even larger vessels. Just a stone's throw away from the hotel, the fishing waters allow for quick access to a coffee break or a delicious meal at the Marina restaurant. At the end of the day, there's the opportunity to unwind in the Marina's private sauna and hot tub. The lively Mathildedal ironworks village offers events and performers throughout the year.
THE SEA AND LAKES
There's plenty of choice in the fishing waters of Mathildedal and Teijo National Park area. The area attracts fishermen all year round. Right in front of Marina, in the bay of the sea, plenty of perch, pike-perch, and pike can be caught. The five lakes of Teijo National Park offer fishermen unforgettable landscapes. Matilda Lake is a special destination of the Forest Ministr, and alongside native fish, the lake has been stocked with, among others, catch-sized rainbow trout. Eels have been stocked in the largest lake in the area, Lake Hamarijärvi. Matilda Lake is also suitable for fishermen with disabilities.
For individuals aged 18-69, a fishing management fee is charged, granting the right to lure fishing.
Fishing License 6515 - At Lake Matilda, a fishing license is required for all types of fishing, including ice fishing and angling. Restrictions on catch amounts, fishing gear, and boating on Lake Matilda can be found at (www.eraluvat.fi/matildanjarvi).
